It looks like I will need another three-pin connector for the SDRAM headers. Luckily, this case has another three-pin connector that goes to the LED display. Because I'm fine leaving the display at 550, I'll just replace it with a regular jumper. Unfortunately, I may have to take the mobo out of the case to access the panel, so I won't be able to test for a while. Turns out that this particular case--with a pair of three pin connectors wired to the turbo button--might be the perfect one for building an all-in-one.

Can you post the full table? Honestly, you shouldn't need to change jumpers. Usually their only purpose is to set the RAM to the same clock as the AGP bus if you wanna use PC-66 modules with the FSB set at higher clocks.

Sure, here you go. The computer wouldn't post with the FSB set to 66MHz and the SDRAM set to 100MHz. Are you thinking I can set the SDRAM to 66MHz and still run the FSB at 100MHz?

I'd guess CLK4 locks the SDRAM to the AGP clock speed, but I can't really guess what SDRAM2 does. You'd need to look at the datasheet of the chipset probably. If you can make the cables, though, it is probably the safer approach.

I'm hopeful that I can get it to work with the pair of three-pin connectors already attached to the Turbo button. It would have been kind of nice to have the LED read out "100" or "66," though. If anyone knows of a source for a turbo switch with three wires and a three-pin connector, I'm all ears.

Scored two Dell 2001FP monitors today without power adapters. Ordering some now. I think this might be the best option for a monitor in 4:3 format. I sure hope they both work! I will probably connect the Quadro4 380 XGL to the DVI input and the Voodoo 2's to the VGA input and do without the VGA-passthrough cable.

@alexanrs Will do. Will report back soon.

@squareguy That's my regular, everyday monitor. I bought it new back in 2004 or so. It's great in general, but mine will leave ghost images if it has displayed the same image for a long time. Great 1600x1200 resolution. I connect it to my notebook via an DVI-to-HDMI adapter. If you're not too picky about speaker quality, add a matching Dell soundbar to it.

very nice. I am very picky about sound quality though 🙁 it makes life harder. I will be using headphones and I am building a new headphone amplifier now.

Unfortunately, still no POST if the FSB & memory frequencies do not match. I set the jumpers to the default setting, and it will POST only when the FSB is set to 66MHz.

can it only run SDRAM 2 and 3 asynchronously? Like SDRAM 1 has to run at the FSB but the other two dont?

I'm curious how did you manage to set that "550" on the LED display!

I haven't even heared of a full 3 digit LED display for that purpose.

I have an AT-Case with 3-digit LED display too...

Yeah I had a full AT tower with it also, but it's the only pc I've ever seen live featuring 3digit led display.

You might not be able to escape using the other cable then. I'm still curious as to why.

I had an ATX case with a three digit LED display. It was my Pentium 3 700MHz

The cable from the other three-pin header is too short to reach the SDRAM header. Even I would be able to splice in an extension, but I'm in no hurry and would rather not cut up the original wiring. I just ordered some single-pin male-female extension cables, and I'll test next week.

I am thinking about a logo sticker for the case. Just goofing off, I came up with this. I need a better A3D image to work with if anyone knows where one is. I am a crappy artist so if anyone has some ideas let me know.
