I have no clue, but that might be some generic laptop designed by companies such as Clevo or Sager, for example, and just sold by some other company with Plato brand. Searching old laptops from those companies might yield some results.

did find some manuals and some drivers thru archive org but only for Win98 thru XP, not sure if the same laptop but no WIn7 drivers listed.

If i have problems finding drivers i try to identify the missing stuff from the Device Manager. The Hardware IDs give a pretty solid starting point what you need. Just put them in google and it should at least tell you what the hardware is.

Or alternately, just open it up and look at which chips it has. I find that's frequently the fastest and most fool-proof way.
