What were the first 166 MHz FSB fully capable motherboards (both CPU and RAM officially supported) and when did they appear on the market?

According to the Wikipedia page the the first chipsets to have such features were:
- VIA KT333CE (April 2002)
- nForce2 (July 2002)
- SiS 746FX (August? 2002)

First reviews of PC2700 (166 MHz clock rate and 333 MHz transfer rate) appeared in April 2002, but the first Athlon XP CPUs with 166 MHz FSB (333MT/s) appeared late in October 2002 (according to Wikipedia)

So it seems that first official 166 MHz motherboards were produced in the middle of 2002 with VIA chipsets. How was it in practice? When did 166 MHz become standard? And how was the situation with Intel?

Perhaps you know any other motherbaords that had unofficial support for 166 MHz FSB (with 1/5 PCI divider) that were for sale way earlier?
