I use StarTech FAN3701U
What adapters can be used to control its speed and noise?
I have it connected to a P5A and k6-2+, it is very good but quite noisy.

A Zalman fanmate or something like 'Noctua NA-SRC10 3-Pin Low Noise Adapter' will help.
You can use multiple Noctua Low Noise Adapters is series to bring the noise down.
You can use something like this if you want to control multiple fans - https://www.google.com/search?q=5.25+fan+cont … =7DkJMcThlC-0xM or like this - https://www.google.com/search?q=bracket+fan+c … =2X7uNy0BcQRqTM - or- https://www.amazon.com/Channels-Cooler-Coolin … t/dp/B07K8TKDXQ - the one star that it got it's probably to the fact that it cant control pwm fans.
