Better to be burned out than burned up.

It's better to burn out than to fade away

Experiment with a new substance. Date sketchy women with loose morals. Take off your shoes, climb a tree, and learn to play the flute.

I'm sorry to hear that, twiz11. The first step is to acknowledge it, which you have done. Now you must analyze what it is, precisely, that is causing this. Then, take measures to fix it...obviously easier said than done. Take some time for yourself, do something you enjoy. Do you like reading, but haven't had time? Too much time at work? Too much stress in your personal life?

I'm no therapist, but I am pretty easy to talk to. If you think it beneficial, send me a PM.

If you just tired of computers - it's always beneficial to take a brake and have a few other unrelated hobbies.

Not a shrink too, but when it hits the fan the best thing that works for me - hit the pillow and take a good shower with some 70's in the morning.

For some it's cool old movies and ice cream

And for all of us - to have some people in our life who care.

Wish you well, mate!

Take it easy for the time being and try to evaluate the reasons what got you into this predicament and make changes to your life so this won't happen again to you in the future.

With this very limited information this is the best answer I can give.
