Hi i try to taking image of win98 . but when trying making image to hdd is says :
"Dump file is on drive being dumped "

Are you trying to save the image to the hard drive which you are trying to image ?
Because that is what it sounds like that the line "Dump file is on drive being dumped " means.
Right to repair is fundamental. You own it, you're allowed to fix it.
