whats the exact problem ? it crashes ?
sure its GPU problem ? not PSU ? i had a lot of crashes in my Shuttle until i switched PSU. The Card does not like any Ripple Current.
For HD3450 use Catalyst 6.11 Driver.
(need to look for exact version..)
What Chipset do you use ?
i use same Card on nforce 2 without Problems.
