Still unfixed as of the April 27 driver.
Basically a lot of GLSL shaders made for OpenGL 2.0/2.1 break, don't recognize textureSize and get treated like GLES. There's also flickering going on. Any search about the regressions just go on about minecraft optimization clout and how 22.71 is a Good Thing.
Version directives? 🤣, throw a "#version 120" in there, and the compiler will make that "#version 120 none" and then parse it as an error because versions before 140 can't have profiles.
