Looking to identify and possibly find what RAM is needed to max out.

It looks similar to this model : https://www.devicelog.com/output-device/vga/p … 86200-sis-6202/
The card is very unlikely to work without any memory.
(These memory chips can sometimes cost more than the card itself. Depending where you can source them)

Oh ! Ok. I suspected the components on the right to be memory bur was not sure. I'm not familiar with this form factor.
