Looking to identify and possibly find what RAM is needed to max out.

The card is very unlikely to work without any memory.
(These memory chips can sometimes cost more than the card itself. Depending where you can source them)

Oh ! Ok. I suspected the components on the right to be memory bur was not sure. I'm not familiar with this form factor.
