I have no Nvidia/AMD video card, but when I decided to play Army Ranger: Mogadishu, I got an error saying:

Failed to intialize the renderer. Please ensure your video card meets the minimum requirements, your video drivers are up to date, and you are running the required version of Microsoft DirectX ®.

Same error occured using dgVoodoo.
Are there ways to address this error to be able to play Army Ranger: Mogadishu without a video card?

As you said you own no Nvidia or AMD card, it could be useful to tell a litte about your specifications first
