you need to be using a 32bit version of windows at the very least
a better bet may be running win 95 in a vm or native if you have suitable hardware

It's old diveing decompression program. Here is article about it:
http://tunnel-lifesupport-usa.com/uploads/DCAP_Article.pdf

When i'm trying to lunch it it just didn't start. Ther're 2 executables:
decap2.exe -> didn't lunch
rt.exe -> gave me runtime error

I was trying to fix rt.exe bu using PATCHCRT.EXE and TPPATCH.EXE but without luck.

According to that pdf it runs under xp apart from the print or printscreen function
try windows 7 xp mode or a xp pc if you have one

edit: its actually a dos program so use dosbox or dos on an old pc
fixcrt and tppatch wont do anything as its not written in pascal but fortran

ps: how come ive spent less than 2 minutes looking at the pdf file and I know more about the program than you ?

I was trying Win XP but with the same resoult. Dosbox didn't work also. If you think it's easy to launch just tell me how. I attached whole app in my first post.
I really don't know why it's not working while it should...

Crashes for me also (in xp)
maybe someone with a real dos machine can give it a go
ps: why not run a modern alternative ?
