Hi,
I can't get sound cards to work in PCem, only PC speaker is emulated.

If it's a Sound Blaster card, they'll at least need a BLASTER variable set for most supporting games to find them (if they're not configured first).

this should help you, straight from Sarah herself:

you'll also need drivers for whatever card you decide to use, a lot of games will work without drivers but generally its recommended to do so.
