I marked the missing element in the photo. I would like to order it before I pick up the soundcard. Maybe someone would also know what he is responsible for?

It looks like it is a voltage regulator for gameport 5V output.

Anyway, unfortunately the card still does not work. I noticed that ground and + 5v line is shorted. Is that normal for this card? Does this mean that any of the items is shorted? The computer boots but the card is not detected.
