WOOOW!!! Nyerguds have also made a special options tool!! Will try that out, you can download it from here: http://nyerguds.arsaneus-design.com/tools/ccoptions.rar

I got it working with Nyerguds Special Options tool! 😀 However the tool needs Microsoft .NET framework 2.0 to run (that is not obviously possible on win95) so I did the following:

1.) Copied the game installation folder from win95 machine to win10 machine
2.) Run the Special option tool on Win10 machine and made the changes to the game files
3.) Copied back the files from Win10 machine to Win95 and overwrote the old files

Oh, one more thing! I used C&C Gold (Win95) edition v1.04, haven't tried if this works with the DOS version.

And here is also the Special Options tool (so it doesn't get lost over time)

looks like its just modifying game.exe (should speed up "installing" on all 8 PC's 😉

According to the page below, the parameter "6" triggers this 6-player option as well.
