I found this card while browsing Czech auction site.

anybody know what it is and who made it I get no results for the name WG-6000.

Oh, sadly it's not a 3D accelerator

It's a Diamond Flower, INC. WG-6000 (REV. A+) probably.

soldered 2MB 100MHz MDRAM, so yeah, et6000 indeed.

ET6000s are pretty desireable these days. MDRAM is hard to come by though, so upgrading to 4MB (the max it could address iirc) is going to be tough.
