This program is a workaround/wrapper TSR to help prevent Master of Orion II's DOS version from complaining about a missing VBE ('You must load VESA.COM.') when a functional one is present.

The workaround is necessary due to an unsafe assumption made by the game that is likely not justified by the VBE spec.
