I just got vista and dosbox is one of my favorite applications. I need to edit the dosbox.conf file and i'm unable to do so.

I have dosbox 7

Windows Vista seems worse than Linux. I feel like i'm pulling teeth. Well I changed the security for the whole dosbox folder. That really helped but i'm still unable to do the same for the dosbox.conf file. I'm a little stumped, but it works now.
