that's not just about enlarging but also about shrinking
for example nvidia's control pannel is operational even this big:
(useful for when you have desktop in very low res for testing (for example extreme high monitor refresh rates 😉)

enlarge dgvoodoo wider so that all is visible (don't use shrinking here!)

shrink dgvoodoo so that it shows only the content

It's of course NOT a priority nor a "special need" 😁

the above method is good when you keep dgvoodoo control panel opened and just use apply button in it to confirm changes and you can start and close your game many times change the settings many times and just keep the panel opened in the background or minimized.

If you would like to close the panel i recommend:
hit tab on keyboard and click mouse on panel tab. now you can change tabs with arrow keys.
you no longer have to hit tab on keyboard even if you make some changes in the panel, just click mouse button on a tab and arrows will work. but you have to click on the active tab first.

For scrolling down mouse scroll may work. just use it carefully not to scroll any settings

you can also activate tabbing by starting panel with keyboard and don't moving mouse while it's loading.
now you can also activate any tab just by double clicking it.

on Vista-8.1 the scroll works if you activate (either by a tab or mouse click) a non scrollable box

ok, it looks the behavior of the scroll depends on mouse settings in windows
win11 has a setting to allow scrolling over inactive windows (it's not in control panel->mouse, but in "settings")

i think the new "Individual display outputs enabled" options made dgvoodoo crush when choosing show all sections of configuration when you have no display drivers installed. Which makes it harder to test the panel under vista which obviously doesn't have drivers for modern gfx cards.

for scrolling on win 8.1 and 7 you can use

above program also makes it way easier to enlarge panel when used together with previous program.
you just start both programs and use alt right click to enlarge the window and dragging by boarder for stretching content and again alt right click to shrink the window
(you have to enable alt right click in options)
you can also enable alt left click for moving window by any point of window (not just by the tiny taskbar)

I guess the easiest way would be if dege provided two executables, the classic one and the elephantised one 😀

so far the easiest way of stretching only requires ResizeEnable:

1. stretch right boarder one pixel right (somehow this initializes proper content stretching)
2. now you can stretch right boarder all the way
3. now you have to shrink right boarder one pixel back (this somehow makes missing drop down buttons on typeable boxes fully reappear)

point 3 is needed for previously described methods too.

My little Control Panel has grown into a monster... 😀
Anyway, transforming it into fully resizeable would cost a fair amount of work, so don't expect it soon.

i think it would be better if panel didn't do mouse detection at start and just always start in the keyboard mode resulting with visible focus rectangle.
the way it is now you cannot see what is focused on and easy to make some unnoticable changes.

i also think it would be better if focus at the start was on general tab, not on Output API.
this way you can quickly switch tabs with arrow keys so enlarging panel will be less needed.

ok, it looks it's not a bug but a great feature that allows live checking what happens in other tabs while you make changes in a different tab
