*** LINK REMOVED ***

We have a policy of not supporting unlicensed software here at VOGONS.

I suggests you ask the kind folks at the site where you downloaded the game for help on this matter.

If you can find a legitimate download (e.g. a demo) that exhibit the same problem, please come back, post a link to the demo, and we will do our best to help you.

Sweet. Compliments. We get them so rarely.

"COULD NOT PASS: CRATING SWAP FILE" does it mean.

Exactly what it say's (except for your misspelling).

No one here can help you if we do not have the game. All we can do is guess. My best guess is that:

1. The game files are set to read-only or the directory only has read access set.
2. You have the memory misconfigured for DosBox.
3. You have the game misconfigured.
4. The game is corrupted.
5. Possibily DosBox a dosbox bug.

I felt so loved when I got my very own copy of these compliments as a personal message. I instantly decided to help this person in a very Buddhist way.

I too used to yell like that when I was in trouble, but I think I stopped when I was 5 years old or such. But I guess it still works for leosmesc when he wants his mothers attention, otherwise he too would have stopped long ago.

Solution to the problem is quite simple, and actually mentioned in
the README thing that can be READ (!).
Mount some drive as c: like "mount c d:\oldgames".

I mount the directory!Obviously!

mount d: d:\dosgame than

d: than

cd airlines

D:\AIRLINES: (when it is in this mode i wrote the start-file(in this case
runme.bat))

"D:\AIRLINES:RUNME.BAT
could not pass: creating swap-file" (<this is my problem)

Yes but you didn't read my post. Don't do a "mount d xyz" but "mount c xyz".

And if you don't stop insulting people the thread will be closed.

Hi,
I also have a problem with this game, in my case it’s the mouse pointer disappearing, even every time I use ctrl f10 it’s gone after a few seconds. Maybe I could tolerate this if the mouse would stick around for a minute or two but as it is I have to ctrl f10 frequently.
