I have an AOpen i855GME motherboard (AGP 4X) with a Pentium M 780, two gigs of DDR, and right now it has an X1650 and the 3D Mark 2001 score is around 19,500. Right now I have it running Windows 2000, but I might switch to XP or set it up to dual boot XP. What video card would you use if this were your system?

Radeon X1950 Pro.

Pentium M has pretty decent IPC, you want the absolute fastest AGP card you can find IMO, which leaves you with GeForce 7800/7900/7950 or Radeon HD3850.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm looking for something more powerful without overshooting the rest of the system and there are two votes for the X1950 Pro. I will update this thread when/if I get one.

It does, but it's a bit limited by this board as it doesn't have dual channel memory, and the memory bus is 166 MHz. I imagine the Asus P4P800 with a Socket 479 adapter performs measurably better with this same CPU.
