Does anybody happen to have a saved copy of the old version of Tom's chart that they would be willing to share?

They must have updated their website and renovated the chart sometime in the last year or two. The "legacy" portion of the chart is far less useful now. For example, there's no way in heck that a Radeon HD 6770 performs as well as a GeForce GTX 750 Ti. Likewise, a Radeon HD 7770 doesn't perform as well as a GeForce GTX 560 Ti, but that's what you get when you only consider theoretical GFLOPS as the ranking factor. The older version of the chart had a much better real-world performance comparison.

I found a saved copy from 2015 on academia.edu, but I was hoping maybe one of us had archived a newer copy.

Thanks

Yeah it seems to have been excluded from archive.org, you can try archive.is instead.

Muchos gracias! Thanks for the tip. This is exactly what I needed.

(I should have mentioned in my original post that archive.org didn't have it.)

Yes. archive.is / archive.ph has it. I didn't want to link to it because it's possibly copyrighted. Even if it's not, Tom's Hardware must have some reason for keeping themselves out of archive.org, which I disagree with, but will respect.

I don't see a problem with sharing the link now that you downloaded the information, share it with the rest of us just like you would want to have us share it with you 😜

There are 13 captures located here:

The two worth saving are:

June 25th, 2019, by Chris Angelini. This is what I was originally searching for.

May 16, 2021, by Jarred Walton.

I prefer the layout that Chris Angelini had, but Jarred Walton's old layout is also decent and usable compared to his lousy contemporary version. Ranking older graphics cards based only on theoretical GFLOPS is somewhat less than useful.

I was trying to find the oldest version I could and came across the 2016 version on archive.is - https://archive.ph/yGLrz

Backup - https://web.archive.org/web/20220831165509/ht … rchive.ph/yGLrz

Also a screenshot of the older cards in the list:
