I guess build #2825 is the one you're looking for (with #2923 there's no mention of 98, only ME).
Note that you may need to change the URL manually from https to http to get the download going.

Thank you, these two links worked, and to everyone else, thank you for the help and info. I did reach out to the sites facebook page and twitter page, the auto response was in russian, so the site is most likly gone at this point.

There was some people saying browsers were blocking it a few months back due to no SSL cert, but even on Internut Exploder it seems dead from here now.

last time it came back up firefox was reporting it as an unsecured connection. i believe the security cert for the site was also expired. so my guess would be whoever runs that site isn't really maintain it anymore.

We still have a few archives of it via the wayback machine, but I doubt that all the files are available in it.
