It's not a bad looking case. It seems to have decent room inside of it.

And besides, I can say what I think if it, or, you deside if you keep it and assess if it's worthy enough for any of your builds. Our hobby is subjective as [...]. 😀

Nice period correct system... It really looks nice with that case and the GPU cooler/ fan. Nice big tower cooler, what is the model, as Gigabyte was one of the few moron manufacturers, that did not made holes near the socket for installation of such bigger coolers, and their boards (MSI as well BTW) are very limited to using only the ones that use the stock mounthing..

Couple of tips.. The GPU will look alot better if u add x2 more fans and that way there not to be blank space as now, or at least 1 extra fan.. This motherboard is not as high end as i used to think back in the day.. It says Pro II, but sadly it is another layout.. Meanwhile the Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro uses the layout of the top high end Gigabyte GA 7NNXP, it is literally the same board, but the Pro does not have the DPS slot next to the socket, but it have trace on the PCB, while the Pro II does not have... But if u dont care about that si whatever i think the Pro II will work just as fine. I have both boards, but keep the Pro and sell the Pro II, as i find it more inferiour...

Nice nice very nice system... If was me i was going to try to match the color of the GPU, but sadly it is not easy task to find the proper HW with the proper color...
The IDE cables i saw did intrigue me... You did fold them, and made me wonder does HD tune or other HDD program tells you that there are cable errors, as some years ago i did similar thing to my IDE cables, and then on every system there was cable errors read from programs.. What is the case here it have cable errors or not ? After that i stopped folding IDE cables... But mine was from the newer black ASUS ones, and i believe the old OEM cables (the ones used on IBM, HP, Compaq ect) was folded the same way, and nothing did happen there.. Not that cable errors are something to bother i think it does not affect performance or reliability, but still prefer not to have cable errors on the SMART...

The case is actually from a local OEM builder who are still around (https://aidata.com.tr/). I'm pretty sure they bought it from Taiwan or something back then, so there must be other specimens of it around though I never saw one. When I got the case there was a Celeron 400 system with a Voodoo 3 in it; I removed all these parts and restored it as best I could to the original configuration. It was marked, on the back, as being a Model "Multima 133" so I made it a Pentium 133 Multimedia computer with an Intel VX chipset. I would guess it would have a cheap SB clone and no Voodoo 1 in its original configuration, but why not 😀

Well, in his defense USB wireless keyboard/mouse was probably all he had to test with. And please note, you don't mention the seller saying it was tested to work, just tested. So it is all fair in my book.

Also, if my eyes are not deceiving me there is a Voodoo 3 3000 AGP and an Ensoniq AudioPCI in that system.

The issue isn't with the wireless dongle itself but to where is plugged in! 🤣

Btw yes, It does have both cards you spotted. It's a P3 machine. It's at a reasonable price but since it's in the UK, the shipment cost + taxes make overall not worth for me buying it.

I mean, it's a good storage spot to not loose it 😁

I'm not sure if you are joking or not but, IMHO, "tested" without explicitly specifying whether it works or not pretty much implies "tested as working" otherwise there would be no point in testing it or disclosing that it was tested .

As for plugging a USB dongle into the serial port (especially right next to an actual USB port), this implies that either whoever supposedly tested this machine either did not notice the dongle (possible wedged there by previous owner) and tested the unit with a properly connected PS/2 or USB keyboard (or maybe just tested whether video was displayed or even simply whether unit powered ON) or was simply completely clueless or lying about testing .

I wouldn't necessary call it "fair", but I would conclude that, unless this thing was dirt cheap, I would pass on this "opportunity" and be happy that the seller provided enough clues to his cluelessness/lack of diligence/possibly lying etc to allow me to come to that decision . I classify this in the same category as sellers who declare motherboards with missing chips (RTC, BIOS, keyboard controller, etc) as "tested as working" and sellers who post items with self contradicting descriptions and/or descriptions with clearly non-matching pictures (who do not react to queries asking to clarify/correct).

TLDR : Nobody knows everything and we all make mistakes, but if a seller seems to be blatantly clueless, a liar or too lazy/disorganized to correct honest (presumably) mistakes, he can sell to anybody else than me and I will have no regrets whatsoever .

Just my 2 cents worth of an opinion.
