I've finally gotten my 486 build going again, and I've ran into a problem.
When I first hooked up new RAM, only one stick of it would work.
I had also hooked up a PC speaker to it, and I got a "siren" noise, which my research indicated a voltage problem. So, I bought a new PSU. When I hooked it up, I got the same siren sound.
Previously, when I first powered on the MB, I got a "CMOS Battery Low" notice.

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot the problem at this point. Does anyone have any suggestions?
