Ok I got the thing to install through DOSBOX by adding freesize after mounting C:\ and now I mount that directory C:\BETHESDA\BURN_PCE\DOS4GW and it almost plays but in the second window behind the main it reads: "(some code I forgot dswx or something) cannot run code in this window" I am open 2 suggestions plz?

Try core=normal.

Ok I set the core=normal then typed pce to play, now the back windows say: "Illegal write to c213e9c5 cs:IP f100: 620". So then i also tried set ems=false and all that did was give me a black screen in front and a bosbox started the primary config file and all from win32 in the back. This game was made in 1998 so could it be to new? I cant play through windows since it says the windows 32-but subsystem does not support fullscreen or something and if i type DOS4GW in dosbox to try and play it gives me a: "fatal error (1004): syntax is DOS4GW <executable.xxx>. I have Windows vista and this is on a laptop if that helps?

Well it certainly needs a fast processor if it works at all.
You can try replacing dos4gw with dos32a, maybe it works then.
