So some months ago I bought this motherboard, which unlucky proved to be non working (so far).

It had a bulging cap near the cpu, so I changed the whole set of caps near the cpu (marked in lime green).
I removed the caps marked in red and forget which was the value as uf and voltage, so if anyone could check his motherboard it will be helpful (I suppose those are 1500uf v6.3).
The caps marked in blue have been desoldered tested and proved working in specs.

Now the issue: the motherboard didn't turn on without the cr2032 battery installed (is it a safety measure?) installed the battery the motherboard turned on with black screen and the infamous ---- on the debug card then after a minute or so it turns off (I'm not sure if a thermal protection for the cpu which gets very hot despite a copper base heatsink).

I'm also looking for someone who would be able to repair it, imho the problems aren't the caps but is somewhere else, I usually shipped the stuff to a reputable member of this forum, but it's actually unavailable.

seeing the lime green ones were 2000uf 6.3V the red ones are most likely 470uf

That will surely help, mine is rev 1.03, that being said the green lime are rated 3300uf and v6.3, at least the ones installed in my revision. I'm quite confident the others are 1500uf but can't be sure.

There are 2 Fujitsu colid capacitors near the far end of Rambus slots. At that area, 2 transistors are present. The second from left generally dies. Try to replace it first! I have found 2 malfunctioned ones and repaired it myself in 2005's. (that is very close to the middle of black 40 pin connector.)

The name of it is C5706 (Sanyo) --> 80 Volt, 5 Amper, 15 Watt but it gets too hot. If you can manage to find a better one like C5707 (Sanyo) --> 80 Volt, 8 Amper, 15 Watt that is better, I have 2 working P3C-E mainboards currently with C5707's at that place. There a 2~3 more on the remaining parts of the mainboard, but they are not important much.

Thank you for the tip, for now I still didn't proceed further but I write down your suggestion.
Do you think that if the problem is there, shouldn't be only the ram not being detected instead of getting no post code on the debug card?
