There's nothing to identify, without taking it apart. The brand in question wasn't a brand, in the sense that you normally would think, but rather a very small company operating out of an industrial warehouse area that simply cobbled together their own branded PCs from parts, which is why there is next to no remaining trace of the company or it's products. The marketplace was filled with such companies in the time they were known to be active, all selling branded stuff or reselling the big brands. The company in question operated out of the UK in the mid-80's, selling or possibly renting these "customized PCs" to the business marketplace during the heyday of the "Computer Revolution" of the 80's and they probably weren't around for long, since there is no real record of them.
