This is unusual choice of memory IC. SiS is 64bit datapath, halved to 32bits using this.
Does matter less since PCI bus chokes the maxiumum performance of the 6326, try it and see. But it is good on Pentium and Pentium MMX for DOS games.
Also H0 revision chipset means it should work properly.
