I am playing Incoming on my modern PC, and while comparing with Phil's video, I noticed a difference: the setting he configures for Incoming aren't even available for my version of game.
So I went to Internet Archive, downloaded some releases and saw many different ones, a Portuguese version matched my requirement. Plus I got another one which always rendered the game using SW renderer, another one was identical to my official version but lacked a program logo.

So here, I am not asking for abandonware, I am asking for patches, which should exist because I don't believe such stark differences are left existing only between versions. It's intriguing I didn't find any thread anywhere related to such an issue.
