Hi, I am trying to restore Oak Oti 077 ISA video card, but Q1 component is missing. Could anyone with this card help me out and read what are the markings on that 3 legged part?

Mine is marked with S431, would guess it's equivalent to SN431/TL431.

Yes, TL431, an programmable constant current source. Very common part and easy to find, inexpensive.

Thank you very much, I suspected it should be TL431, now it is confirmed.
Another one saved from the bin.
