Well I looked around and did not find any motherboard BIOS for your board. Interesting find that Kentech was based in Hong Kong and had a China factory but appears late to get on the Web (or no one at Archive org thought of scanning their website until 2000)...
For anyone wanting to search further here is what I found:
Kentech Computer (HK) Ltd. Roxy Industrial Centre 58-66 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, Kowloon Hong Kong
factory is at Shenzhen, China, located right across the border to Hong Kong.

Correct, I know this post is from 10 years ago, but i have the same board currently on the table. I dumped the bios files and send them to the retro web.
