Hi you lot,

I've got a bit of a problem with setting up mididevice. I need to set up mididevice to coremidi, however, when I start the dosbox 74-3, it returns this error: MIDI: Can't find device:coremidi, finding default handler.

I tried to change almost every other option to different values just to be sure it's not the problem with the config file, but no luck. Does anybody here have some idea what could be the problem? I tried dosbox-x and dosbox-ece with the same result.

Cheers,
Karl

what macOS version and which device? That CoreMidi doesn't work at all is strange and sounds as if it is a problem on your device. Does the "Audio MIDI Setup.app" in /Applications/Utilities have anything to "say"?

Sorry, forgot to mention I'm running Windows 10.

I've tried Roland SC-D70, Yamaha MU-2000, MUNT or Coolsoft Virtual MIDI.

Coremidi is only on macOS not Windows.
