Here is my “Made in USA” 486 component Build.

Benchmarks.

My 486dx4-100 scores a score of 217 in Topbench benchmark so 179 for this 486dx2-66 is not bad.

I am calling this computer “Blue Lighting”
So far Its the Fastest “Made in USA” 486 component computer I know of.
Unless some knows of a faster 486 CPU Made in USA.

How you know the cpu was made in USA ?
Maybe it’s also produced in Malaysia or Italy or maybe in Arizona ?
Cyrix was a fabless company and CPUs where produced by a variety of company’s from Sgs Thomson to TSMC

Is there any indicator which fab made this IC?

Well, the back of CPU reads “Copy write USA” means its USA technology.
