i ordered me a Onkyo SE-200 LTD from japan and there is a PCI Shield board include. I wonder what it exacly does? Because it looks like it has active components connected to PCI.
Anyone has more information about it?

I guess it is supposed to provide some RMI shielding and and stabilise the PCI voltage rails?

So it musst installed above or under the sound board?
