Hi. I'm struggling when trying to connect SB0010D panel from the AUDIGY to my AUDIGY 2 sound card. Optical out lights red but I'm not able to use it. I have a RM-1500 remote and I'm not able to set it up as remote as settings are gray in windows.
Is my panel even compatible with AUDIGY 2?

I saw here somewhere in the thread, that Live! and Audigy (first) have same connector for Audio Drive (front panel) and could be used both on these cards. Audigy 2 has different pinout, so it can not be used with AD from Live! or Audigy.

Live! 5.25 panel = Audigy 5.25 panel.
Audigy 2/Audigy 2 ZS 5.25 panel = PCI X-Fi 5.25 panel.

I must be some kind of standard: the anonymous gangbanger of the 21st century.
