I need help from the brain trust trying to get this XP rig working. I have run out of ideas and keep getting this same bluescreen. The internet says its memory related BUT I have run Memtest for like 15hrs straight with zero issues. Is there a bios setting causing this?

System Specs
Windows XP 32bit + Windows 10 64Bit
Intel Core i5 750
8GB Kingston DDR3 1600 ( 2x4GB )
Gigabyte P55-USB3 motherboard on 10j bios
GTX Titan 6GB
Sound Blaster X-Fi PCI card
USB3 card
Crucial 1TB HDD in dual boot

What I have tried to fix this on the XP install ( haven't re-done the W10 install yet )
- Updated all drivers and bios
- Disabled HPET
- Disabled onboard USB3
- Disabled onboard sound
- Tested ram with MemTest over night (15 passes)
- Tested 16,8,4,2GB ram combos
- Disabled Paged Memory in advanced system settings
- Disabled all onboard devices
- removed usb3 card and removed soundcard

What is not effected
- I can run 3DMark 2001SE and 2006 no issues ( should rule out the GPU )
- Can run the heaven benchmark no issues

What ALWAYS triggers the bluescreen
- Attempting to load Everest Home Edition
- Attempting to load system overview in SoftSandra

Kerneld.wnt is part of Lavasoft Everest, you need to find an updated version of it as the one you are using appears to have issues with XP, uninstall it and the errors should go away.
