I have A-One HT286 and looks like it doesn't react to Turbo switch. Only way i can de-turbo this board is Alt-Ctrl-"+".
Even thought Turbo jumper present it looks like there is no path on a board connected to one. Also there is no voltage on ether of it's pins. Is that possible that jumper was left unconnected by manufacurer?
