ConsoleTaskManager:
An alternative taskmanager who runs in text mode only!

Benefits:
If your favorite game freezes it's sometimes difficult to access the standard task manger in Windows either because the screen resolution is hampered or just because the app won't return access to windows (alt-tab blocking).
A solution for this is to switch your graphics card into text mode, from here you can then terminate/close whatever froze and caused the problems.

Guide to replace the standard windows task manager is in the accompanying documentation.

Since this is still a WIP build it doesn't look like the documentation was included. I'm betting it actually replaces the Windows Task Manager....would be nice if it would just run as a process and allow you to switch to it via a configurable shortcut key.
