Pretty sure artmix is known to take a while to ship. For the price, I don't think the AztecMonster would be worth it unless they've got exclusive features.
BlueSCSI is a clone of the ZuluSCSI with some added features. BlueSCSI seems to be more popular, and I do know some of the ZuluSCSI people aren't too happy about that because they did most of the initial work. There has been a fair bit of drama over the two in the vintage mac community, which I stay out of. Both projects are open source, so the BlueSCSI team didn't do anything wrong legally here.
The BlueSCSI team has been adding new features since the V2 came out though - notably, WiFi bridging over SCSI (although I think that's only possible if you're using a Mac for now). Most of the exclusive BlueSCSI features (like their file transfer program) are only for the Mac, so if you're running on a PC, there won't be much of an advantage one over the other I'd imagine. The BlueSCSI boards are cheaper though.
I've got a page on my website going over the options I know of: https://macdat.net/macintosh/upgrades/scsi_ssds.html
I need to update it to include the MacSD though: https://macsd.com/
I probably have too many old laptops.
