You say it doesn't boot on ATX power. Does it work correctly when powered with an AT PSU? In that case, is the ATX PSU known good?

Have you tried proper ATX i.e. 20 pin header + front panel power on / off momentary switch, rather than using an ATX2AT adapter thru P8 / P9?

I use the same ATX PSU with and without ATX2AT adapter to P8/P9
As native ATX it does not start using momentary switch.
Did You watch the video?

Measured all the 6.3v/1500uF caps behind the CPU — all good (over 1500 uF) 8,5mF altogether, tested also 6.3V/1000uF caps - all good.
Tried 3 bioses (using external programmer) - same result!

Veeery picky over the Video Card — prefers matrox and ati, with all others posts to 0D or 0E AWARD CODE! Stops at detecting video card!

So you've tried ISA/PCI display adapters?

Nothing obvious stood out from the vid 🙁 - do your POST card codes tie in with Totems own OB Smart Debug LED codes - https://web.archive.org/web/20000914153406fw_ … om.tw/error.htm
