Right after posting I found that it may be an "Anchor" card, but so far, no other info as of yet.

Thank you! It looks like it came out after 1993. Bummer. I am trying to hunt down a card with a similar configuration (different Opti chip it seems) from 1993.

Yeah, the date codes place it at circa 1995 ~ I doubt that OPL synth is actually Yamaha (silkscreen printing seems off), and as the FCC number draws a blank, it's likely some clone of the model I referenced =)

Look for the dates on the chips. All chips on this card are from 95 ... the other 2 numbers next to the year are normally the week.
Sometimes you can find dates on the circuitboard itself in a similar fashion...

The newest date you can find on any chip is most likely the date is was made ( in this cards case around week 51 of 1995) ... the date on the circuitboard normally tells the revision date wich is often the start of production (of this revision) and not the actual date it was made ...

But the card is not OPTI... Its a card with a ASC-9308 chip...

Thank you! That should make my seaerch a bit easier, knowing how to read the dates!

I saw one of those Reveal TM cards during my search. I will try to find a video or pictures of the configuration app, if it has one. I do remember that gui app from Phil's video, though I don't know if it was used for other chips.
