Is it possible to fix this problem? 🤔
My card is Trident TVGA8900C TV-8900-8S-C10

Is that the actual card or a stock picture? The card should be repairable since it's booting, displaying and the mess on the display looks like a RAM and/or ISA bus connection fault.
I have repaired a similar card which I ended up putting new RAM onto: Re: What retro activity did you get up to today?
In your case, clean the ISA connector pins and check for loose legs on the Trident chip, yours might be fixable just by soldering loose legs on the VGA chip.
