recently recapped the cpu vrm caps but forgot to order caps for the DIMM part, there are three 1500uF 6.3v (green G-Luxons),
have spare Nichicon 2200uF 10v (uhw1a222mpd) of general same size and would fit
but think they may have too good spec for this usage (too high uF and way lower impedence. I know it matters in older PSU to match close as possible but what about for this use.....
Think they be ok or should I order some 1500uF ? sorry not my picture...

The Suncon WG series is a better choice.

Thanks for the suggestion but cannot get them thru Digikey, Mouser or Quest. I do not buy from Aliexpress or unknown ebay sellers anymore....
Still would like some input on if those 2200 would work ok instead of 1500's.... since there are 3x1500 (4500) that appear in parallel maybe I could just use 2x2200 (4400), will have to do some double checking of the traces.

Honestly, I'll be the one to say that likely 1000uFs will work fine for DIMM caps. I've seen 1000s being largely used for DIMM filtering across a lot of mobos, from Slot 1 all the way to late 775 and even late AM3 stuff, right before the polymer switchover.
