This AXDA3000KV4D was a trash pick from e-waste with an Abit KV7 and huge Zalman HSF. When I unscrewed the HSF, there was a huge amount of thermal paste, and I noticed a Resistor array was part broken.
Am I on the right track for a replacement that will do the job... If anybody has replaced one before? I have quite a bit of SMD experience, but haven't reworked an actual processor before.
