Yep, Chaintech. Logo on the heatsink is theirs.

Oh man, I hadn't even noticed that. that right most mosfet on the photo doesn't even look like it's on properly and seems to be shorting out the pads.
edit: 1 cd audio connector plastic is also missing.
Right to repair is fundamental. You own it, you're allowed to fix it.
