Thänk you ! With the help of datasheets I have traced out all the functions of the jumpers :

When I looked at the card years ago there were no datasheets available for W83787, but seems there's now and I could find all the info. There's no W83758P datasheet though, only the F version which pinout doesn't match. Due to this the function of the Conf jumper is not quite certain. When it is set to 88h setting it is certain that conf register is available at IO 88h, but at the 89h setting it may not be that, as the signal goes to pin52 on W83758P. Chances are that the pinouts are just shifted, order being same, just starting at different position but I don't think I'll take any closer look at it for now.
There's also no way to disable GamePort from hardware, only from software. I will write a small utility to do that later on if the card turns out better than the one I already have in my 386, it has a gimped gameport that only supports 2 buttons. This card also has 16550 based COM ports and ROM socket, I'm not sure if Prime2C has 8250 or not but it has no ROM socket and I prefer XTIDE being on the IO card rather than the NIC.
