Anyone know if one exists? Heaps of DDR1 - DDR5 testers on AliExpress but can't find any SDR testers.

No integrated memory controllers in the SDRAM days. I'm not sure what the point of one would be.

Just would like to see if there were any broken lines between the slot and CPU. Just wanted something to check multiple boards quickly without having to bring out the microscope.

.
Back in the days of my running a PC building outfit, we only had stand-alone RAM Testers and RAM testing software that we loaded onto PCs that tested slots and sticks, so we had to determine that a slot was bad by testing two "known to be good" sticks of RAM in the same slot, to figure out if a slot had gone bad.
Moere of 72 pin EDO Memory Slot Analyzer 😀
To other commenters, this doesnt:
- test ram
- test memory controller
This only tests connection between RAM slot and the first IC wired to a particular pin. Takes advantage of build-in clamping diodes. Useful in case of delicate sockets, bad solder and Laptops where you expect some flex/mechanical stress over time.
