So I was remembering those games. Indiana Jones was fine, but Yoda Stories felt "wrong".

So I was wondering if there was any modern game like this:
- Short (less than an hour) adventures.
- Random generated maps and objectives.
- Playable in a Window.

Any idea?

(Yes, I know that Indiana Jones can be played on DOSBox and Yoda Stories should work in any Windows, but I wanna see a modern take on those games)

I have traveled across the universe and through the years to find Her.
Sometimes going all the way is just a start...

I'm selling some stuff!

If I was looking for such games my first stop would be OS Game Clones. Currently it mentions Desktop Adventures, which is an engine recreation, so requires original data. But, in the past it was not uncommon for fans to create libre data replacements for such engines, so theoretically a completely new game could arise around this or a similar project, provided there is enough interest for someone to actually do it.
