I've tried every option to fix this. Nothing helps. The bug is only in the menu and video.

It's the Windows comaptibility layer that hooks DX calls and corrupts the bit depth data.

I think the only option is to patch the game. In a hex editor, search for byte pattern

83 B9 F4 03 00 00 20 75 2E

in 'srDD_cpD3D.dll' and change it to

C6 81 F4 03 00 00 20 90 90
